There are many reasons for refretting.
The reason for this include when the frets have been worn down,when you want to change the fret size or material ,or when you want to correct a warped fingerboard.
In addition ,repeated adjustments may have made the fret too row.
And when the sound is affected by worn frets.
As you can see,there are many reasons for refretting,but timing is up to the owner!
If the store clerk says you need to exchange it, you don’t have to follow their instructions.
If it’s not necessary for you, don’t do that.
If it’s necessary for you, do that.
